During the coiling process, the system measures characteristic parameters of the current spring: length, diameter, and coil pitch. Based on the measured values and defined tolerance limits, the springs are sorted into corresponding boxes (good or bad). If the defined number of consecutive errors is reached, the system sends a signal to the coiling machine, which automatically corrects the production process for the chosen part. In case of a significant error, the system stops the production process and activates the alarm.
